I usually do the job within a few days to month, depending on how demanding it is. if a customer want, we can set a deadline and I will stick to it. I will always report delays.

I will make a refund if I cancel the work due to my fault

Please send a clear reference photo of your character and describe it. It will make my job much easier.

I will provide you with wips (sketch- lineart-color) that you need to approve. The progress will be paused until then

If the character design changes during your commission, please let me know DURING, not after it's finished.

If you see mistakes at work, tell me about them right away. I'm only human, sometimes I can forget about some things.

after confirming that everything is fine with color there are NO BIG CHANGES TO THE DRAWING in order to give a finished product I merge the layers. I can make minor corrections, but if you decide to change the entire concept and pose, I have the right to ask for a surcharge or cancel the order completely.

please remember that I am constantly developing and experimenting with my art style, so the works may differ from each other by small elements.
